So I belong to a group at work called "Reshaping Reeds." It's a group of staff who get together once a week to weigh in, share recipes, weight loss ideas, inspirational quotations, and support for one another in any weight loss or exercise goal. Today I set a goal and have it posted in my classroom and on my bathroom cabinet where I'll see it every day.
How will I accomplish this goal? Well, once Chris gets home (one week from today!!!!!!!!!!!!), it'll mean lots of early morning runs, Y classes, and Nike training workouts after Loo Loo goes to bed. I've never been more motivated and excited about running and becoming as fit as I can. Here's to 13.1!
