Our long weekend was low-key and I loved every minute of it! On Saturday, I went to breakfast with a friend and then we headed to Greensboro for a family reunion. Webb of course found the playground the most fun so we spent some time outside enjoying the beautiful weather!
Saturday night, Harry Hat came over for dessert and some Webb time.
And, the hit of the weekend was daddy taking Webb for a ride in his "buggie." We didn't think he'd even entertain the idea of wearing a helmet, but he loves it! He was so big riding in the back of the buggie. They rode all over the neighborhood and saw lots of friends.
He sat so still. It amazed me because that never happens!
We've been talking a lot about Webb's birthday party. He says he's having a "birthday firetruck party" and that he's going to be "three months."
Next weekend is our town's uptown Christmas Open House. I'm excited about beginning the holiday season especially now that Webb is old enough to be excited about so much. Today when we went to Lanier's and he saw the Christmas trees he said "There's Christmas!" I can't wait to hang our stockings, put our tree up, wrap presents, turn the Christmas music on, and deliver gifts around the neighborhood. I know it's a ways away but it'll be here before we know it!
