Hello!

It's been too long since I've written but we've been busy! You have been sick again. You had a nasty sinus infection but are on the mend now! Gosh, where else has the time gone?? Well, you're 14 months old now and still a little firecracker! You are starting to run some and you're getting better at climbing stairs. You still love your same toys and books and still jibber jabber constantly. You are sleeping well and staying up a little later. You usually go to bed around 8 and wake around 7. THANK YOU!

I took you to your first birthday party this weekend for Rachel. You had so much fun playing with the other kids and seeing your friends. You also went and stayed with Uncle Mike and Uncle Brian while daddy and I went on a little outing today. They said you were an angel . . . I already knew that.:) You played their piano and had fun with their dogs. They also have non-childproof kitchen cabinets which you found quite interesting. I am glad we can leave you and you'll behave. We are lucky to have such sweet friends. Not much else going on here . . . just plugging through and waiting for the weather to either get warm to get cold. In the meantime, I've come to relish in the moments when we are home, as a family, playing, reading, and snuggling. I am so lucky to have you and daddy. You both make me so so happy.

Here are a few recent pictures. It gets harder and harder to get a good one of you as you're on the move from sun up til sun down!

Hiding Punker

Isa never lets you out of her sight.

A typical evening at home . . . you know where that circle goes too. Smart Punker.

You love love love books.

And we love love love you . . . spaghetti face and all.

P.S. I know this blog looks horrible. I am horrible at figuring it out and frankly don't care to take the time. I am looking for a blog designer I like and will hopefully have something fresh and a little more put together by spring.

  1. Aw, he's getting so big! Such a cutie.

True story: I was having lunch with my mom & Deacon at Cafe 35 on Saturday and I think your "Uncle Mike and Uncle Brian" came in to eat. I heard them telling the family that we were sitting next to that they were going to be babysitting for "Chris & Amanda". I wondered if that was you guys...it can be such a small world sometimes, huh? :)

  3. Thanks, Carrie! I know, I shouldn't worry about it, but I get sick of looking at how horrible it looks. Oh well, maybe I'll just leave it! :)

Lindsay, that is so crazy! Those were our Uncles for sure! They ate him up! Hope you and Deacon are doing well!
